1. General Disclaimer

The information, representations, and materials made available by Ruhsh Logistics, a division of Logical Links Corp. (“Ruhsh Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through this website, digital communications, and in connection with the provision of courier, medical supply delivery, and e-commerce delivery services (collectively, the “Services”) are provided for general informational purposes only.

While Ruhsh Logistics exercises reasonable care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of such information, no warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or current validity of any content. Ruhsh Logistics shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or results obtained from the use of such information.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruhsh Logistics, its parent company Logical Links Corp., subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary—arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, performance, delay, or interruption of the Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, including negligence, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, and shall apply even if Ruhsh Logistics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Scope of Service Disclaimer

(a) Courier and Delivery Services
Delivery times and schedules are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond Ruhsh Logistics’ reasonable control, including weather, traffic conditions, governmental actions, mechanical issues, and force majeure events.

(b) Medical Deliveries
Ruhsh Logistics is not a medical provider and does not offer medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic advice. Our role is strictly limited to the transportation of non-hazardous, legally compliant, and properly packaged items in accordance with Health Canada and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.

(c) E-Commerce Deliveries
Ruhsh Logistics acts solely as a logistics intermediary and assumes no responsibility for product quality, content, merchant representations, or customer transactions.

4. Regulatory Compliance

All Services are performed in accordance with applicable Canadian federal and provincial legislation, including but not limited to:

Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act
Consumer Protection Act (Ontario)
Any other applicable commercial and transport regulations

5. Indemnification

By engaging Ruhsh Logistics’ Services, the client (“you”) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruhsh Logistics, Logical Links Corp., and their respective directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Violation of applicable law or regulation
Mislabeling, misrepresentation, or improper packaging of goods
Breach of these terms

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

All information provided by Ruhsh Logistics is for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. Independent professional consultation is encouraged where appropriate.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Reservation of Rights

Ruhsh Logistics reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
