Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Ruhsh Logistics, a division of Logical Links Corp., is committed to providing reliable and professional courier and delivery services. Where a service issue occurs, we will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, offer a refund, credit, or re-delivery in accordance with this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued at Ruhsh Logistics’ discretion under the following circumstances:

A confirmed service failure directly attributable to Ruhsh Logistics (for example, a missed delivery caused by an operational error);
Cancellation of a service request prior to dispatch of the courier, vehicle, or delivery personnel;
Verified billing errors, including duplicate or incorrect charges.

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from:

Delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, accidents, regulatory actions, or other factors beyond Ruhsh Logistics’ reasonable control;
Improper packaging, incorrect addresses, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer;
Shipments containing prohibited, illegal, undeclared, or non-compliant items.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

Submit a written request within seven (7) business days of the delivery date or incident;
Provide proof of payment and relevant shipment or invoice details.

All refund requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred, regardless of outcome:

Medical or medical-related deliveries;
Same-day, rush, or emergency courier services;
Specialized, time-critical, or temperature-controlled shipments.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) and applicable federal laws of Canada.
