Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of delivery, logistics, and courier services provided by Ruhsh Logistics, a division of Logical Links Corp. (“Ruhsh Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including courier, medical supply delivery, and e-commerce delivery services (collectively, the “Services”). By requesting, booking, or using our Services, you (“you,” “the Client,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Ruhsh Logistics provides time-sensitive, scheduled, and on-demand delivery solutions within Canada. Service availability, pricing, and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, service type, and operational conditions. Ruhsh Logistics reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services where necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for all bookings;
Properly package goods to withstand normal transportation conditions;
Accurately disclose the nature of all items, including whether items are medical, perishable, or time-sensitive;
Refrain from shipping prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or undeclared materials. Ruhsh Logistics reserves the right to inspect, delay, refuse, or cancel any shipment that violates legal, safety, or regulatory requirements.

4. Delivery and Timeliness

Ruhsh Logistics makes commercially reasonable efforts to complete deliveries within the estimated timeframes provided at booking or quotation. All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control - including weather, traffic conditions, accidents, regulatory actions, or force majeure events - do not constitute a breach of these Terms and do not give rise to liability. Our operational motto, “On Time, Every Time,” reflects a service objective and does not constitute a contractual guarantee.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees are due at the time of booking or upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are non-refundable once a delivery has been dispatched. Unpaid or overdue balances may result in service suspension, refusal of future services, or collection actions as permitted by law. Payments for Ruhsh Logistics services are processed through our parent company, Logical Links Corp., using approved payment processors.

6. Liability and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruhsh Logistics’ liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lesser of:

The declared value of the shipment; or
The maximum statutory limits permitted under Canadian law.

Ruhsh Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from delays, service interruptions, or delivery errors.

7. Confidentiality and Data Handling

All customer information, shipment details, and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Amendments

Ruhsh Logistics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
